Empower fitness businesses to scale effectively by maximizing client value, reducing churn, and driving sustainable growth through a smart SaaS platform while capturing 30% of the personal trainer market in Israel
How do competitive pressure and client expectations influence software adoption decisions?
Trainers are motivated by the desire to differentiate themselves. Using an advanced digital platform creates a sense of professionalism and luxury for their clients—something that outdated tools like PDFs simply can’t offer. It helps them stand out in a competitive market and improve the overall user experience.
Acquiring new clients is important and relatively easy—you invest in ads and get leads. The real challenge is retention. Many clients stay for only about three months and then leave. Solving this "leaky bucket" problem is critical for long-term business success.
Without the right technology, it’s nearly impossible for fitness business owners to provide high-quality service at scale. They struggle to manage a large number of clients effectively, and without strong engagement tools, clients tend to drop off after the initial onboarding period, feeling they’ve already received most of the value.
We are still actively developing the product to achieve strong market fit and to meet the standards set by our main competitors in the industry.
We are focused on serving fitness trainers who manage a relatively high number of clients, as they are more likely to benefit from and engage with our platform's features.
My goal is to capture 30% of the personal trainer market in Israel. Most of these clients would subscribe to our basic package, while a smaller segment would upgrade through upselling to our automation package designed to optimize their business operations.
